All projects need to have client input at the early stages. We begin with your ideas drafted on to paper, process the ideas, provide expert advice, then make the final amendments and get your approval.

assist you with your requirements and answer any questions you may
have.
An agent will call round with some ideas
along with samples of the product you require. He will do a
survey of your property, measure up, listen to your ideas and then draft
up a sketch for your approval.
Once you have an approved scheme you can then decide a
budget to suit you. We provide the materials and the price plan to
suit your budget.
At this stage it may be of a larger scale - an extension to your home.
We will then make the necessary applications for the required approvals.

Once approved we will then take it to the next stage which is working drawings.
We will contact you to confirm all approvals are in place and arrange a date when convenient for the work to commence.
Works completed and signed off by yourself and all certification handed to you alongside our guarantee.
