At Noeh we offer a full service from design through to completion.

We start with a visit to discuss your ideas and put your thoughts alongside our guidance to schematics.
With your approval we move to the next stage which is working drawings.
We then make an application to the planning office on your behalf with our proposed scheme.
We provide drawings to the planners and building control.
Some changes may need to be made to drawings at this stage due to the requirements of the planners or building control.
You may need structural calculations, which we will provide for you.
We will keep you informed as we progress.
Once planning permission is in place we can the arrange a suitable date which is convenient for yourself for works to commence.
Applications are usually obtained in 8-10 weeks pending on the planning offices work load.
